The Lark’s culinary team is led by Chef Jason Paluska. Originally from Tomball, Texas, Jason began his career under Chefs/Owners Mitch and Steve Rosenthal of Town Hall, Salt House and Anchor & Hope and was most recently a Sous Chef at Michael Mina’s RN74 in San Francisco.

Born and raised in Salinas, CA Chef Nick Flores is an accomplished pastry chef whose seven year career includes Aqua, Fifth Floor and RN74 in San Francisco.
