Brian McClintic brings over 15 years of hospitality experience with him to Les Marchands. His involvement with wine programs such as The Little Nell resort has helped foster a career spanning the major restaurant hubs of Los Angeles, Aspen, San Francisco, and now, Santa Barbara. From 2009-2011, McClintic was one of four subjects of a documentary film called SOMM (available on iTunes), which chronicled his journey to the elusive Master Sommelier title -- becoming the 107th individual in the U.S. to attain this honor.

Eric Railsback’s emergence in the wine community began taking shape nearly a decade ago in Santa Barbara. He became wine director of the Hungry Cat on the heels of gaining valuable retail and sommelier experience at the Wine Cask. Railsback furthered his exposure to different producers and regions while at Silver Lake Wines and later running the programs of Osteria Mozza and Gordon Ramsey in Los Angeles. Eric helped open the San Francisco hot spot RN 74 in early 2009, where he led a talented team of sommeliers for over three years before bringing it back full circle to Santa Barbara.
